Public Notice RE: CLAIMS PROCESS
The claims process has already occured and the date for which claims are
accepted by the Receiver has already passed. This notice is maintained on this
website as a matter of public record reference for all visitors. This notice is
specifically intended for all claimants (investors) in the Resource Development
International, LLC Receivership
The claims process is governed by a controlling document, that document is
Petition No. 87, and it's corresponding order,
ORDER RE: Petition No. 87. they are, respectively, The Motion for Order
Establishing Claims Adjudication Procedures, and Order Establishing Claims
Procedures.
Notice is hereby given that the United States District Court for the Northern
District of Texas in Cause No. 3:02 CV 0605-R authorizes the Receiver to
identify all claims in the Resource Development International, LLC Receivership
prior to entering an order for liquidation and distribution of the available
assets.
All investors, creditors and other persons who may have a claim against
Resource Development International and the other Receivership Entities
identified below, which arose prior to March 25, 2002 or against the assets
held by the Receiver must file with the Receiver an original Proof of Claim,
signed under oath by the claimant or an authorized representative. A Proof of
Claim is available from the Receiver by calling (480) 948-1711, or by writing
to the address indicated below, or by downloading a copy from the receivership
website at www.rdi-receivership.com. Do not file the Proof of Claim with the
Court. The original of the Proof of Claim (with required attachments) should be
mailed, postage prepaid, or otherwise delivered to: Lawrence J. Warfield,
Receiver, Resource Development International Receivership. 14555 North
Scottsdale Road, Suite 340 Scottsdale, Arizona 85254. The Proof of Claim must
be received by the Receiver no later than December 31, 2004 in order for the
Proof of Claim to be considered timely filed.
Any investor, creditor or other claimant who does not file a properly completed
Proof of Claim as provided above on or before December 31, 2004 shall be
forever barred from participation in the distribution of funds held by the
Receiver.

Dear Investor/Claimant:
This letter is notice to all known investors, creditors and other
persons who may have a claim against Resource Development International, LLC,
David Edwards, James Edwards, Jade Asset Management, Ltd., Sound Financial
Services, Inc., Intercoastal Group, LLC, Intercoastal Group II, LLC, Kevin
Lynds, Gerald J. Stock, Blackwolf Holdings, LLC, William Whelan, Pacific
International Limited Partnership, International Education Research
Corporation, Galaxy Asset Management, Inc. and David Cluff, individually and
d/b/a Rivera Trust 410 which arose prior to March 25, 2002, or against any of
the assets held by the Receiver relating to the foregoing, that they must file
with the Receiver an original Proof of Claim, signed under oath by the claimant
or an authorized representative. A Proof of Claim form is enclosed with this
letter.

The approval or disapproval of claims and any distribution and
