Claims Process Update: March 20, 2006

On March 17th, 2006 a letter was transmitted to all R.D.I. Investors from the Receiver's office. This letter serves as a notification that there will be a hearing on April 5th, 2006 at 10am before Judge Jerry Buchmeyer, 1100 Commerce Street, Dallas, Texas, 75242.

The hearing will be regarding the Receiver's Claim Report and all timely objections to the Claim Report.
